Q. How do I schedule a trip?
A. Fill out our Excursion Request at this link and we will be happy to provide you with a personal quote.

Q. Where can I schedule a trip?
A. Just fill out the Excursion Trip form and we will contact you with a personal quote.

Q. How many people can sleep on the car?
A. 7 people while in transit on overnight trips. We prefer to use hotels during regular overnights stays at destinations.

Q. Am I responsible for making hotel arrangements for overnight stays at a location?
A. We can assist obtaining competitive or negotiated rates at brand name, 4 star hotels nationwide.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. 30 days or Amtrak cancellation at any time – 100% refundable, 15-29 days – 75% refundable, 15 days or less – 50% refundable, 7-15 days – 25% refundable, 7 days or less 100% non refundable.

Q.. Are meals included?
A. Yes. We carry a Chef and Car Host

Q. Can we hire our own caterer?
A. Yes.

Q.. Is there a full kitchen on board?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I have alcohol?
A. Yes .

Q. Will you supply a bar tender if needed?
A. Yes.

A. Meet at the next stop you can safely get to. 100% non refundable.
